Howard was very attentive from the minute we walked in, he welcomed us to Dreams, explained the mattress tester and activated this which gave us an informed choice of mattresses that Howard walked us to all those on the list to try, including 2 pillows tailored to myself and my husband that we also purchased. We were offered refreshments and When purchasing Howard made the screen available to view so we could see exactly what he was doing. Howard is a great ambassador for your company and his customer service skills and knowledge was amazing.

After visiting the same Dreams store multiple times before and not receiving much help or advice I was so pleased when I saw Howard who welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my requirements, and was asked to try the mattress indication bed which made things so much easier. I got shown all of the options available to me that would also suit me better too. After some picking and choosing I chose my new bed and then went through processing of the purchase. Simple, smooth and a quick process. Thank you.

The time that we were in the store,the service and the knowledge of the floor assistant was very good. Very helpful and gave us our space to try the products that were suited for our needs.

The items and products that I was looking for were available in the showroom and also priced at a good value. The order process was well explained and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was overall well impressed and pleased with the confirmation of the order and now look forward to the ordered being delivered.
