Dreams - Gillingham

We arrived at store not sure where to start with looking for a new mattress. We were greeted with “welcome to Dreams” which was lovely as we strolled past the seating area. We chatted to Jamie and mentioned that I would like to try the Dream Master machine in store which he promptly set me up on and explained how the machine worked. Upon the Dream Master machine calculating my results, Jamie explained how the machine had come up with various suggestions for the type of mattress for me. He showed me the samples/displays so I could see the types aswell. We discussed a budget and I was then lead to variety of mattresses suited to me with a pillow to enable me to lay on the mattresses to try them. Upon discussing which I preferred we made our way to desk to start filling in details, I was offered a drink and talked though delivery, guarantee etc. Jamie was very thorough and knowledgable.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff

Howard the sales advisor who served us was friendly, knowledgable and made the process easy. He explained the various types of beds that were most suitable but did not attempt to steer us towards more expensive ones and left that decision to us.

Ian was very polite, he used a machine to check which mattress would be best for me, he listened to what I wanted and came up with suggestions. He was friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and well presented.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions.

Jamie greeted us as we walked in and inquired if we needed anything or was looking for something spacific, he was very helpful and polite in helping us find the right bed for us.

We were served by a young man who knew his job, and explained everything also things we did not even know about buying a type of mattress, and we are in our 70s. It makes a nice change to go to buy something and to be treated like a person, not a money machine. It’s a pity I never noted the young mans name. I would give him top marks for the service we received. Well done!
