Dreams - Gillingham

Gary and Jamie helped us and our complicated needs out of a new mattress. They greeted us coming in and then gave us a few minutes browsing before asking if we needed some assistance, which is exactly what we need. Jamie recognised us and our choices from being there talking with Gary a few days before. They Gary helped us with the mattress selector machine, and guided us through some choices, one of which was the one I decided to go for in the end with further assistance from Jamie. Both colleagues understood our needs, lead us to choices and explained why the choices would benefit us, without pushing us to buy something we don't need. We finished with the finance, a cold drink, and some friendly conversation. I can't wait until we can test the mattress now. We usually prefer the company of ourselves when out shopping, but Gary and Jamie have definitely been the exceptions. I visited four mattress shops before coming to my choice, and I'm glad it was with the Dreams Gillingham Store. Thank you both!
