Experienced and friendly staff member (Jamie). Good and convenient delivery time.

Good service in store, but slow delivery

The colleague who helped us was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He guided us through each stage of the selection and purchase. The only negative aspect was the lead time for delivery, which was outside of his control. I had hoped for delivery within a day or two, which is increasingly common these days, but your system did not allow this.

The service that Jamie gave us was welcoming, informative and highly professional. He put us on to the sleep machine that correlates information on the weight and posture while you're on the bed and ran us through each of the types of mattress that they offered. He offered us options and gave us an opportunity to try out the beds we wanted to try. He was very helpful and offered us refreshment while we were going through the purchase of our mattress as well as explaining clearly the details about the returns procedure and the delivery of our new mattress and the pick up of our old one.

My daughter and myself were not to sure of our needs and the Manager Gary Gave us a few options which aided our choise.

Jamie was really friendly, nothing was too much in helping us find the right mattress and a headboard we loved, really great guy who wasn’t too pushy in his sales pitch

Jamie was extremely helpful and not in any way a pushy salesman. He took time to explain the options to me and to show me the results from the test. He didn't waste my time and made sure I understood everything at each stage of my visit.
