From the time we entered the store until we left we were treated with care, understanding and extremely curtious. Emma greeted us with a smile and stsyed with us the whole time, listening to what we wanted, we experienced the mattress system exclusive to dreams, it was amazing. We sampled 3 different types of bed/mattress, once we had made our choice, Emma went through everything with us, we were offered refreshments and a comfortable seat, as I am disabled this was a great comfort.. Emma's knowledge was extensive and she could not have been more helpful, we purchased 2 beds and our order should be delivered in at 2 weeks time. Emma is a credit to your company.

Charming Young Man Named Howard at Gillingham Business Park Store gave me a my wife the best customer service we can honestly say we've ever received in our 70 years of living. Well done Howard you are a real asset to Dreams and a very polite and kind young man. Thank you

Hi staff were very friendly not pressured in to buying anything gary That served me at the Gillingham store was very welcoming offered us a drink and was very polite and felt at ease wish more places had staff like this as he was Very professional and good at his job.
