Both my wife and I were welcomed into the store by Howard who was very knowledgable about all aspects of the product we were there to buy He is a very pleasant salesperson and made us feel a little special as he interacted with us very well.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT A MATTRESS IN dREAMS AND AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT I WAS GREETED BY THE SAME SHOP ASSISTANT I HAD BEFORE (jamie). This made the process even quicker and more friendly as he remembered me. So was greeted when i walked in. I required a new bed. So i was advised to use the bed selector to guide me on the choice of mattress. Once done JAMIE advised me of all my options for a new mattress and bed equipment. The store was very clean, STAFF wore Covid MASKS. I was not pressured into making selections of items shown and had plenty of time to make my selections. I was offered a drink of water which i took and when it came to paying for all items i wanted this process was made easy by JAMIE as he advised me clearly and again under no pressure to take out Bed and Mattress Insurance, mattress protector. These extra items all made sense and worth having so i adding these to the bill. Overal very happy with my purchase and lucly i meet JAMIE AGAIN AS THIS made the purchase sale through.
