Greeted very well on entering shop by Jamie.Discussed type of mattress we required so went on your test bed.Jamie then asked us if we would like a drink,very welcome on such a hot day.Tried three beds no pressure given by Jamie.Sat down discussed prices and conditions all very friendly.would definitely recommend your store

Just popped in and saw Emma this morning, amazing service I would certainly give her 10/10 for her knowledge, kindness, professionalism and the fact that straight away she knew what sort of customer she was dealing with, i.e. 62 years old can't make any decisions, she made the whole process easy for me. From my experience today I would highly recommend Dreams especially if you see Emma and Gillingham. Jamie was extremely helpful. He initially checked I was ok and if I needed any help while I was browsing the store. Once I found the bed I was interested in i went back to Jamie who answered all my questions I had about the bed. I left the store temporarily to think about my purchase but returned within half an hour to make my purchase. Jamie sat me down immediately and took me through my order. The whole process was seamless and simple and Jamie made it enjoyable! Extremely helpful member of staff I couldn't have asked for a better experience

We were greeted in store by Emma, what a lovely person she is, she helped us all through the process, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, she put me at ease, I am disabled and she understood exactly what I needed, highly recommend her.
