The Salesperson was extremely helpful, applied no pressure, showed us the full range as specified by the 'Dreams Machine', we tried and retried prior to making our choice, during this period the Salesperson left us to it and returned to his station.

Howard (Gillingham, kent store) was so helpful in finding me the perfect bed. He took time to listen and gave me lots of options. Very friendly!

Such Nice man called Howard. I am 79 years old and he made me feel at ease he didn’t rush me it was nice to get some proper service he made me a drink , and explained everything to me we looked at some beds I decided on a bed. And he then told me about an offer you were doing “buy two get one free” I would not have noticed if he hadn’t of told me so I was pleased about that so I bought two side tables.the whole experience was a joy

It was nice to be greeted when entering the shop and left to look around by ourselves but help was on held when assistance was required. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressurised into purchasing something we didn't want.

Had mattress we wanted. The price was very good. Member of staff was very helpful.

The Dreams person was not pushy and allowed us to make our own decision, whIlst at the same time having valuable input into our decision making
