Great service, friendly, helpful! Quick purchase no mucking around... “had our twins boys with us” so was a bit of a whirlwind experience for the shops team!!

Howard was extremely helpful. I did the bed survey, was offered a coffee and found the right mattress.

I was highly satisfied as I had my mum with me who has had a stroke and asks a lot of questions if she doesn't understand something. Staff member was so patient and really included her in the conversation. There was no pushiness at all from staff, they said to call if we needed them and when we did the staff member came straight over. There was a really good range of beds and really good value for money. Having just left one shop where we were constantly badgered by staff, it was lovely to browse on our own. Would highly recommend this store to others. Have advised both my children to come here as they are both about to purchase new beds and mattresses.

Ian our sales advisor was highly knowledgable and we found the new high-tech 'Dreams' scanner was an incredible piece of technology and saved us a lot of time in store by providing us with a highly detailed and varied list of in store products that Ian was then able to show us explains the pro's ans con's of each.

Went to Dreams Maidstone first, the guy there helped me decide which mattress would be best (medium combination). Went to Dreams Gillingham to try out again and order it

We were served by Jamie who listened to our needs. I tread the sleep machine which decided I need a medium mattress. We were then showed the medium range and discussed what mattress would be suitable. Whilst confining the order we were offered drinks and the whole process was quick and smooth
