We were left to our own devices until we were ready to place an order. The sales person then checked that our selection was a suitable product for us. He then offered drinks, checked to see if any other products were required. He then completed placing the order with a minimum of fuss.

The new technology to lay down and have your body matches to a mattress was excellent. Gary was helpful and knowledgeable throughout.

Jamie was very helpful and informative- he approached us very friendly and explained the layout of the store and where to find the different store items, gave us some useful information about the bed we were interested in most which helped us to make our final decision. He also stepped away and gave us as much time as we needed to make our decision and did not put pressure on us which for me is vital when in store deciding whether to make a high cost purchase. We also did not intend to purchase a mattress at the time but Jamie recommended a great value mattress- very reasonably priced with a discount and great quality. Again he did not put pressure on us and after popping to another store we returned to purchase this mattress which I believe will have saved us some money by looking elsewhere. Very quick delivery available.

Emma was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and did not rush us into making any decisions. She was quite happy to answer any questions. Helped us use the mattress machine to select the best one for us. Other than the cost of the visit, a very enjoyable experience!

We received prompt informative attention. The salesman was not 'pushy' but made sure we understood exactly the difference between products. He was smart, attentive and had a good knowledge of the products, which was clearly explained to us. Our needs were tested on the sleep bed and we were made to feel comfortable, being offered coffee on several occasions. The salesman's name was Howard.
