When looking around dreams store at beds someone came over an asked did we need any help and yes we wanted the shop assistant to help us and give us advice and we found this helpful and we are pleased with our purchase and the service we received

Sales guy was very good explained all about the product. Made it a nice easy straight forward sale.

So as soon as we entered your store in Gillingham business park, we were greeted by someone called Jamie I believe, very lovely salesman and person. Me and my partner already knew which bed we wanted so Jamie showed us and advised us which mattress would be best for us. We loved the feel of it and for the money (plus had a discount at the time too) 👍🏾 Offered us both a drink as we were warm whilst buying the bed, mattress and pillows.

We were greeted by a staff member to ask if we needed assistance. Jamie, was helpful & informative & this enabled us to chose the perfect mattress for our needs. Delivery & removal of the old mattress was arranged quickly. We even had a nice cup of coffee

We were served by Jamie (159) We went in looking for a small double ottoman bed for the spare room Jamie greeted us as we walked in asked what we were looking for we told him we are looking for a small double ottoman bed for the spare room that our grandson sleeps in he showed us the options and different colours and how they all work We we’re so impressed that we brought 2 Francis ottoman beds in grey one for the grandsons room and now we have to decorate our daughters bedroom early than expected as she now has a new bed too My husband hats parting with his money he moaned about going out to look at beds let alone buy 2 of them x Well done Jamie

Jamie was our Dreams Colleague and he was very helpful. Greeted us with a hello welcome to Dreams offered us a drink. He went through all the bed sizes and mattress options and explained everything step bu step.

The assistant was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products took his time explaining all details.

The customer service advisor - Emma - was very helpful and kind and offered multiple options for payment. She was particularly helpful when choosing pillows.
