On arrival Emma welcomed us and told us about the colour options meaning different types of mattresses.Then we we allowed to walk in peace to look and test mattresses at our ease without being harassed.

Howard at the Gillingham store in Kent was very knowledgable, very professional and made us feel welcome without being the usual overbearing salesman. He knew his stuff and did everything he could to make sure we had the right bed and everything we needed. He has also called us to double check everything is correct with the order.
