Me and my partner was shopping for a brand new mattress and one of your employees Jamie welcomed us to the store asked us if we need assistance, he showed us over to the test mattress once the results from that came through he gave us a pillow each then he took us straight over to the recommended mattresses talked us through the differences. Once we made our decision he offered us a cup of tea and showed us over to one of the desks and made sure we understood everything before we finalised everything. He also managed to arrange an ideal delivery date and explained the return policy if we was satisfied.

when we arrived at the shop we were greeted by Jamie, we advised him on why we was their and on our last purchase and personal bad experience with one of your rivals. We made it clear that we was not their to spend thousands of pounds as the last silent night mattress we purchased from you rival was very expensive and due to the customer service we received, we decided to just go somewhere else and just replace the mattress as it was only about 2 year old but felt like it was 10 years old. Jamie went out of his way to help us firstly putting us on the computer to select what we require, Jamie was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store and spent all the time we needed to make us feel comfortable with what we was buying. We only purchased one of the display mattresses as we did only want a cheap quick fix, but when we do upgrade we will 100% return to see Jamie. Lastly the shop was going through an upgrade with builders and decorators in the shop, but had Jamie not apologised for the disruption we would not have known they was their, they was very quiet and the store was spotless.

assistant Jamie was very knowledgeable & helpful, even though i was working to a tight budget i didn't feel too pressured as i do i some stores.
