Staff helpful but not pushy. The mattresses we were looking for were all in the showroom to try and staff member was able to direct us and advise us about these.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff the range of different products for us to try and there was no pressure selling

We spoke to Jamie and he ended up staying 20 minutes after closing to help us and we realised that we had lost the card after we went shopping and he saved all the choices we had made and gave us options to come back and x when he was in next so that we could come back and complete our purchase which we did a few days later. It was create costomer service and we were very pleased with pricing.

The sales consultant Jamie had a good knowledge of the products Dreams had to offer. He showed us all the beds/mattresses that would suit our needs and what we were looking for. He also put us on the bed to see what would best suit our sleeping habits. He built up a good re pour with myself and partner and would not hesitate in recommending Dreams or Jamie to friend and family. We visited the store late in the evening near closing time Jamie didn't try and rush us into making a decision nor did he seem at all fazed that it was past store closing time when we left this we are grateful for and he is a credit to the store and company.

The assistant was very helpful and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive bed but the one that most suited us best.

Howard was fantastic, spent time explaining the difference of the mattresses, he put me on the machine to find the best mattress, he gave me a pillow to try on the mattresses and spent time with me whilst i decided on which bed and mattress i was going to purchase.

We brought several pieces of furniture for our bedrooms in our new house about a month previously. So We decided to come back to the store as Emma (Gillingham) who helped before was extremely helpful. To complete our bedroom we purchase mattress, pillows and duvet. We are very happy with the purchase and definitely will recommend to friends and family. Emma really was knowledgable about the different types of mattresses and her customer service was outstanding.
