i HAD A YOUNG MAN CALLED JAMIE HELPING ME AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AS HAD A LOT OF DIFFICULTY IN CHOOSING THE BED FOR ME. DID NOT PRESSURISE BUT HELPED AND LEFT ME TO MAKE UP MY OWN MIND. VERY HAPPY

Staff very helpful and friendly

I was welcomed into the store, and despite being in a rush and very curt the gentleman who served us was very kind and patient with all of my requests. He thoroughly answered all of my questions efficiently and in great detail with no waffling and no unnecessary sales talk, however, he listened to my requests and recommended me a brilliant range of appropriate choices.

Jamie was really friendly and took time to explain everything we needed to know. we had our 4yr old Granddaughter with us and Jamie and other staff members were very kind.

The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. The shop was very clean, spacious and tidy. The bed testing machine was a very good idea for people to find their suitable mattress.

The colleague who saw to us was very helpful, friendly and patient with our questions. He was able to advise us on a much better mattress than we had intended to buy and I am very happy with the quality and price of the mattress he helped us choose.
