Dreams - Gillingham

Howard could not have been more helpful, patient and amenable.

We were greeted almost immediately, (not pounced on as soon as we entered the store) which was very nice. The gentleman that greeted us pointed us in the direction of the sort of bed we were looking for and gave us enough time to browse before he approached us again. Which l felt was very good. He gave us very good information and advice and was very helpful.

Knowledge staff. Enjoyed using the equipment that indicates what type of mattress I required. Staff member was not “pushy”.

We ended up with what we came in for.

Gary was very helpful but not overbearing. He left us alone to use the Sleepmatch and showed us the mattresses that suited our needs in various different prices ranges. He gave us time to discuss and when we made up our mind we went to him. He offered us a drink whilst he was processing our order. He did offer us reduced linen and half price pillows but again no pressure which made us feel at ease. All too often sale persons are too overbearing and this puts me off shopping in store. I would definitely come back to the Gillingham Store again but hopefully not for another 8 years!

We were assisted by Ian who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He greeted us immediately in a friendly and polite manner and showed us round the various beds that were that matched our requirements. Very happy with the service we received

Approached by Howard while browsing who was extremely helpful and made the whole experience pain-free (apart from the bill, that is:) ). He took time to explain the benefits of the products and demonstrated the ottoman system. There was no pressure put on us and to be given mugs of coffee was a "delighter" we had not expected. Howard is certainly a fantastic ambassador for Dreams and we will be happy to shop there again.

I found the sales person, Jamie, to be very friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of our questions. He was welcoming and helped us through every stage of our purchase. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase but he also made us feel that our purchase and the time spent at the store was important.

Pleased with the choice of beds and the assistant,Jamie was friendly and helpful.
