The service was quick and polite despite the number of customers in store. We were treated well, used the equipment to find best match of mattress and were offered hot drinks. It was like a little day out.

It was incredible! Jamie was extremely friendly and the store was very clean over all it was an amazing experience.

the delivery men were very helpful took away our old mattress and wrapped it for us which was a great help I would use dreams again thank you so much

First man that served me (I had to approach him as he walked straight past me) seemed very uninterested when I told him I was looking for a cheaper bed than the one he showed me. He even told me the base I was looking at was flimsy and could break if you got on it in the wrong way. Told me to order online, he clearly didnt want to waste any more of his time on me. So I visited Bensons next door. Very helpful but bed was too soft. Thought I would pop back into dreams hoping that howard would be there who sold me a bed 2 years ago and I remembered how good he was. Luckily he was there, came over straight away, polite, friendly, understood my needs straight away, not pushy, realised my budget was small. Showed me what I wanted.Offered me an incentive to buy and I purchased straight away. Brilliant customer service just like last time and I would definately return. If I had just spoken to the first man I would not have purchased from Dreams at all and you would have lost my custom.
