Jamie the salesman was very helpful, and understood that I would have to delay delivery due to not moving to my new apartment just yet, the staff there ,made me feel comfortable , offered me refreshments, and at no point did I feel that I was put under pressure , and although initially approached and asked if I needed help it wasn't as soon as I walked in the store, which I absolutely hate , in fact when that happens I walk out and take my business somewhere else , in fact I was very satisfied with your sales teams attitude and I would definitely shop there again.

Our sales assistant was very polite and knowledgeable. He went through our options and the various types of mattresses. The sleep machine was used to help us. Drinks were offered and the store was very clean.

The employee we had was extremely helpful, friendly and listened to all our needs in picking the right mattress for us.

Got a great deal in the sale and customer service was very good considering it was a Saturday and they were short staffed

The salesman was very helpful and suggested an alternative bed when my first choice was not going to be in stock for some time. He was also very helpful when selected my mattress and explained about each one
