Jamie in store greeted us straight away and was there guiding us from start to end. Before coming into the Dreams store I had been looking around a few other competitor stores that day and had struggled to find exactly what I was looking for. Jamie demonstrated great product knowledge and took the time to understand what was the best bed for my specific needs. He made the whole process easy and was happy to answer honestly to any questions I had. Super service! Will definitely come back again for another bed thanks to him.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. We were shown what type of bed would fit us the best using the machine. We were shown the available beds. The salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He made everything very clear during the payment phase explaining all the extra options available as well as what the warranty and guarantee cover.

Team members were available to offer assistance. We were asked for our specific needs we were offered choices to match those needs. Given details of each mattress. A quick & simple process and we got what we needed.

Jamie was incredibly helpful buying a bed is quite boring but he made it much easier. He helped us select the right mattress using the dreams technology and was able to speed the process up so we didn’t waste time trying to get the right mattress.

Coming into the Gillingham branch we knew what we were after. Explaining to Jamie the bed we had previously seen he happily assisted us taking us to the bed. He offered us lots of helpful advice on which bed was right for us and helpfully showed us alternative beds from the one we had previously loved without hesitation. He gave us expert advice, explaining how the mattress supports the body and explaining which would be best for our needs. He was absolutely fantastic and is the reason we will shop at dreams again in the future. Thank you Jamie for such a great experience.
