Friendly staff,answered all our questions and no pressure

Howard, the sales assistant was terrific in the support he provided. He kept us abreast of all the latest info in the industry which was really nice. We were given a range choices and were always at liberty to choose how we saw fit.

We were noticed very soon as we entered the store and we were offered professional advise and help.we felt very understood. Its amazing that this days we recognise things like side sleepers or even fact that people choose different half of beds.Howard offered us advise so we could make up our minds and find what we were looking for.we got some extra bits which felt like a proper treat and we love all products. Delivery was offered soon and it was all fitted!!!

Jamie was extremely polite and very helpful and fully knowledgeable of his products. All credit to him for your company image.

Staff friendly & courteous.

Friendly and polite staff but not pushy. They listened to what we wanted and our budget and showed us a range of products. When we decided to visit other stores before making a decision we were not made to feel like we had wasted time and there was no hard sell or anything said to try and make us not bother checking out the competition. When we returned we were welcomed and the remaining order process was quick and straight forward. We were explained about add ons such as insurance, but again no hard sell. It was entirely our choice. Delivery options were quick - quicker than what we actually expected them to be. Range of services was good - such as putting the bed together, taking away old mattress etc.
