The staff was very friendly they welcome us with a smile and after us a drink. Jamie walks with us around the store and talks to us about the item to make sure we are happy and satisfied. we were, he was very helpful.

Very happy and satisfied with the level of custome service is received from Jamie at the gillingham Store. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Involved my 2 daughters in the transaction as much as myself as I was buying the beds for them. He made the whole process simple, quick and stress free giving me great confidence in the brand and my purchase.

Jamie at Gillingham helped us immensely! He took the time to ASK questions, used a sleep match machine, genuinely wanted us to get the right product, talked us through all our options after the sleep match machine had made its suggestions. Helped us with pricing, delivery and even got us a Saturday delivery slot! This is the second time we have bought our mattress from this store (no new bed this time, the one bought last time is still FANTASTIC) and we came away happy and looking forward to better sleep and better support for our many back problems! Jamie is extremely knowledgable without being pushy and really did make us feel welcomed! We were offered drinks and the whole process was quick and easy. A fantastic service, staff and store. We got service straight away friendly and professional The new bed technology ( computerised) gave us confidence to choose a cheaper mattress in the sale for my daughter - so I saved money but still felt I had bought a good mattress - this was supported by the sales assistant ( last time we went shopping for a mattress we gave up so confused by choice)! A good positive easy buying experience

We were welcomed to the store not pounced upon, but given enough space to look and view at leisure. The sale was not pressurised and the chap new all about the product and was able to get the order done quickly with a good delivery time.
