Dreams - Gillingham

Very friendly staff member Jamie. He remembered me from my previous visit and purchase last year, and me and my daughter were made to feel very welcome.

I went to the Dreams store in Gillingham, Kent when their 60% sale was on to get mattress's for my 'spare room beds'. I did explain this to Ian (the employee who served me) that I didn't intend spending much as these rooms are not in constant use but was given the same exceptional service I was given when I bought a mattress for myself on a previous occasion. Ian took the time to show me various mattress's within my price range and treated me as if I was going to spend thousands'. Nothing was too much trouble and when fixing a delivery date he was just as amiable and double checked everything. At no time did I feel rushed into making any decisions. Ian was very helpful and a credit to your company.

I knew I wanted a single bed with mattress and a king size mattress upon entering the store, but the excellent service I received from Jamie and everyone, made me feel very comfortable in purchasing the items. I had intended to visit Sussex bed centre in Maidstone but without telling Jamie my mind was already made up through his expert knowledge and no pressured sale. I was offered different classes of mattress and Jamie stood back whilst I made my choice with no pressure. The personalised simulator to help recommend a mattress choice was a nice aid to help assist me. Again I was under no pressure to buy anything, but I chose an option within my budget and with the guidance of Jamie.

Excellent customer service, shown a range of products, not pushed into the most expensive item, polite and friendly staff member . Product knowledge was excellent .

There was no hard selling and everything was explained to us.

Jamie was very attentive and knowledgeable, he spent time with us to understand our needs and gave us enough information so we could make the right purchase for ourselves.

The member of staff Howard greeted us and told us about the sleep station to help us choose the best mattress for us, he was also very kind allowing children to climb on the beds

Howard the staff member who supported me throughout the process was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Made me feel at home by making me a cuppa & leading me to a comfy seat to enjoy my drink. It also gave me time to get out my paperwork as I had a check list of items to purchase that day & sometimes you need a little time & space to work out what is within you're budget. There was no hard walk out invo!ved, the relaxed atmosphere that Howard had made for me, actually made me spend a lot more than I planned to. If salesman push me to spend, or behave dishonestly to make their commission. I am reluctant to purchase at all ! But Howard's laid back & friendly approach makes you want to ask about products & buy. Communication was very easy with him, as in I got direct answers, whereas some sales people do too much talking & not getting to the point. It was busy & yet Howard did not rush me & took time to answer my questions. He even carried the products I bought to the car, such a lovely guy & said don't hesitate to call if I had any queries or issues with my products.
