We loved the computer bed telling us what bed we needed and then Jamie was so experienced and gave us lots of advice a very good shopping experience. Will see how good the mattress is when delivered and then will beg in for another one if it’s as good as we think it will be

The representative was friendly, informative and understanding of what we wanted. He gave us all the details that allowed us to make an informed, confident decision about our purchase.

Jamie was really friendly, which helped us to not feel pressured into buying. He spoke to us like people, not just another customer.

My wife and I were approached in a friendly but unobtrusive or invasive way. We were not too sure as to what we were looking for and we had a very tight budget, so we decided to stick with examining mattresses only. The colour codings were explained to us as was the 'magic' bed which we were invited with no pressure to participate in. The result was very much in accordance with that which I had suspected to be most beneficial to us. We were invited to test out a couple, both of which were very nice indeed, but somewhat beyond our budget. We were then invited to try the one which we ultimately decided upon and upon presentation of my Defence Discount Card, I was advised that the price would be discounted by 10%. I have to say that having just dropped in whilst in the course of doing our grocery shopping a few doors away, the experience was a most pleasing one indeed. We are eagerly awaiting the delivery of the mattress, shortly after which I believe we will be returning to purchase a couple of rather splendid pillows.
