We had a warm welcome, Jamie was very kind and patient with us and explained all our questions. We were offered tea and were not rushed into making decisions we were. we would use this store again.

I was very impressed by Jamie who looked after my enquiry. He was very efficient and explained clearly the options available to me.

Good selection of products available for testing on the showroom floor, helpful friendly staff with good knowledge of the products available, happy to offer advice and suggestions. Bright Airy store.

I was warmly greeted when I entered the store. Howard the assistant asked me what I was looking for and asked how he could help me. His manner was friendly and made me feel immediately relaxed. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for with a number of alternatives. His knowledge of products was extensive. This was my first visit to this store and I certainly will return when I need any associated products.

The staff member who helped us was fantastic. So enthusiastic about the products on sale and he had great knowledge about everything we needed to know. Very welcoming and extremely approachable. Great Customer service. His name was Jamie. We will definitely be coming back soon thanks to the impression he made on us today

Straight in and out, no messing about. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a lovely coffee and a chat whilst we went through the paperwork. Couldn't be happier!!

We done some research on line, Jamie gave us more advice this was very helpful, the mattress was in a sale that ended the same day, I am looking forward to it being delivered.

We met Jamie about three weeks ago while looking at purchasing a new mattress. He advised us and showed us the various possibilities to meet our requirements. On Sunday 5th January we returned to the store and again waited to speak to Jamie. He again went through all the options, their different qualities and the current prices. Being very impressed with his knowledge of the product, advising us on the best mattress that would meet our requirements we decided to go ahead with purchase of a new mattress. We were extremely impressed with his overall handling of our visit to the store, could not have had a better experience from a sales person. Highly recommend him to friends.
