Dreams - Gillingham

There was lots of different mattresses to try in store and we also tried the machine that is suppose to help choose the right bed for your body. The lady who served us Emma was very helpful with showing us mattresses and giving us different pillows to use while we tried out the mattresses. She was also very knowledgeable with how the different mattresses and pillows help to work together and on their own to help support your body and also what they where made from, she knew her stuff which made me feel better knowing the difference between products and what I was buying.

Great customer service

The store was exceptionally busy and we had looked at the beds we were interested in and was ready to make a purchase. We saw Ian was available and he took us through explaining the differences of all the mattresses. He asked us if we wanted to try the diagnostic bed we agreed but another customer got there first. The wait was too long so we decided to go with the mattress I had read about online. there was a short wait to get on the computer and when we had almost completed the transaction the computer system crashed. luckily the staff and Ian managed to resolve the issue after a while. We are pleased we made the effort to visit the store.

My wife and I found the service polite and curtious, and very helpful. Great range of beds and Emma was very helpful through even getting me a glass of water as I had a headache.

Made welcome and was not pressurised in any way. Howard was very attentive and informative. Assistance offered when required. Cannot fault general ambiance and feelgood experience. A pleasure to spend my money at Dreams.
