The sales consultant emma was amazing.. took her time to explain everything. Helped us measure up.. came up with suggestions we hadn't thought off. Was really patient and helpful

We were greeted promtly when we entered the store. Howard was polite and friendly and listened to what we needed. We used sleepmatch which helped greatly in directing us to the right selection of matresses. Howard was knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to try out the range of matresses recommended. It was a very positive experience.

Ian was really helpful, cheerful too. He let us know all our options, showed us the computer bed thing and was patient while we chose what we wanted, we never felt rushed at all. He was brilliant.

We were able to use a machine at helped us choose the right mattress for our needs. The assistant was very knowledgeable and had enough experience to guide us and advise us for our particular needs.
