Dreams - Gillingham

JAMIE - the store assistant, was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. We initially left the store to have a quick look around other shops, but returned shortly to Dreams again to see Jamie and place our order with him - because we did not find the same high standard of help and attention and service that we first had with Jamie in the other stores, so we wanted to go back and see him again.

Nothing to complain about, an assistant spoke to us with within a few minutes of being in the store was helpful without being pushy and gave us time to think about things, very good.

From the time we went in a lady called Emma came straight over and asked us if we needed any help. Which we did, I feel she really knew her stuff😁 Very informative. Very helpful.

Jamie was very helpful with the process of helping finding the best suited bed for me. I was put on the magic bed which was able to work out which bed was best. He gave us drinks, and let me try out a nice pillow on my soon to be bed too!

Very easy going and knowledgeable

We were greeted by Gary not long after we entered the store. Gary was very keen to suggest which mattress would best suit our needs based on our initial discussion. After laying on the test sleep machine, Gary explained the results and let us try the mattresses that would be best suited to us, explaining in detail the different types of mattresses. Gary let us then decide on which mattress we liked best and soon after the deal was done. Could not have asked for better customer service! Thanks Gary.

Emma was a great help. Kindly welcomed us in the store and asked us various questions. She then took us on to the sleep compatibility machine to work out what mattress suited us. And after that proceeded to show us the various types of mattresses we should look at. We were very pleased with Emma understanding of what we were looking for and what would be best suited for us and her knowledge of the products.
