Was met by Gary at the Gillingham branch. Explained my needs. He got me to lie on the computer bed then showed me my options. No pressure was bought to bear on me, I asked questions Gary gave me answers. When I had settled on my choice we went to do paper work where Gary kindly offered me a drink. When all was done we shook hands leaving me happy in the fact I had gone to Dreams.
