Jamie was very helpful and attentive from the beginning and was an expert with years of experience. He let me get a mattress assessment tailoring the experience to my needs and didn’t attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. He also made me a hot drink so it is a 10/10 service.

Very friendly helpful service

Jamie was polite, listened to what we were looking for. After assessing the mattress type he showed us the mattresses suitable for us. We were not pressures and felt we were given the information needed to ensure we made the right choices - no pressure

I was greeted as I entered the building and was helped to find the right mattress. The colleague that helped me, Howard, was very friendly and said I should go on the sleep match beds which I did. He then explained what sorts of beds would suit me best and showed different price ranges which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience.

Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to what problems we had with our current mattress and filled me with confidence that he knew about the products within the store

Although we knew what we wanted we found Gary extremely helpful and the added advice we received was very useful. Using the tempur pillows to make sure we had made the right decision was helpful too.
