The service was very efficient and helpful friendly the only problem we had was that there was a 50% off on sales but every mattress we went to was not 50% off and no discount at all but overall the experience was good and the shop assistant was very helpful but it be nice if 50%Was more widely available

The lady who served us offered us the mattress testing experience which was very helpful then guided us through the different options but at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want then helped with a divan and pillows

Very knowledgeable about the products and I loved the fact that they made my son the main focus as it was for him. It did his confidence good. There was no pressure and even understood I was a little nervous about going for credit as I had trouble 12 years ago and I liked the fact I could be honest to save any embarrassment if I was refused.

The lady that helped us complete our order was friendly and told us about the current sale that was on when purchasing a mattress with the bed frame, we returned a few days after speaking to her about it and she remembered us and helped us, was very easy and satisfying experience.
