Howard was welcoming and had good knowledge of the products in the shop and showed us some different mattress’s to try and gave us plenty of time to try them we felt we was not put under pressure to buy . He offered us drinks when we sat down to buy a mattress..Thanks

Friendly informative staff and very knowledgable.

I went into 2 different branches. The assistant manager welcomed me and my wife. Offered tea and coffee and allowed us to try the mattress machine. He then showed us a range of products with additional pillows for maximum head support. Very knowledgeable. Being a retail manager myself I was very impressed with his service.

Having been in competitors stores, it was so refreshing to be greeted in a nice and friendly but professional manner by Jamie the sales assistance. His knowledge and passion shone through, you could not get bored with buying a bed from Jamie. What an asset to Dreams he is. The product range / choice is fantastic and a budget range to suit all. I came away with a smile on my face knowing we had made the right choice to meet the needs of a goo nights sleep. Thank you Dreams but more importantly thank you Jamie.

Howard, who attended us was so welcoming, showed us what we came in to see and was very attentive to everything. We asked about other options, we were given information on the different beds and it was made very easy for us to make an informed decision.

The store initially looked as if there was no one available but upon our arrival upstairs an assistant Jamie made himself known to us and immediately asked if we needed any help and was extremely helpful

The reason i was very happy with the service, was because she showed us the different beds and was not pushy and understood what bed we needed.

The store was empty so we was dealt with very quickly
