Jamie has great customer service from when we entered the store and throughout our stay. He was helpful, chatty and made me feel welcome. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase, however he helped me find everything I needed and talked me through all the details so the order went through easily and efficiently.

Jamie was friendly and helpful, talked through all the options and made us feel welcome and met our budget. We were offered drinks and a delivery date that met our needs, as well as explaining all of the advantages and differences between the items we were considering.

After experiencing an national UK at home method of purchasing etc we decided to visit a showroom where various products can be seen , tested in a relaxed manner. so as we had previously visited your Gillingham store some years back decided to make a visit , we were not disappointed with range of products, and with assistance of your staff member Howard taking us through options of adjustable beds we felt most at ease, finally purchasing a few days later

We found what we were looking for and your staff Howard was very courteous and positive about your products and we subsequently ordered an adjustable bed

The salesperson was very knowledgable and showed us everything that we wanted. When purchasing the items she was very quick and answered all our questions.

Jamie was polite, and very helpful, made us a drink while processing my order, nothing was too much trouble, would i use dreams again, without a doubt

The person who dealt with us (Jamie) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't at all pushy in trying to make a sale. He gave us time and showed us the full range of suitable mattresses explaining the difference in price and quality allowing us to choose which one suited us best
