Store well laid out. Shop assistant non pushy, understood what we wanted, fantastic product knowledge and patient. An absolute pleasure

We had attended two other outlets to purchase a new king side bed, mattress and headboard, Dreams were our last store. Jamie was friendly and clear in offering the bed products available after having analysed our sleeping position with the computerised bed analyser, knowledgeable and efficient throughout. An enjoyable retail experience

Emma was very helpful and checked delivery status on a number of beds we were interested in.

We hate shopping - Jamie didn't crowd us just was very straight forward, listened to our budget needs, explained the colour coding in the shop, set us up on the magic bed thing and wasn't a pushy up seller (if we had the cash we'd have had the super plush pillows) he took time to help us place our order, offered us a drink but got thru the process quickly explaining everything clearly.

Greeted by Howard very friendly and helpful took us through the sleep match offered us drinks and listened to our needs advising accordingly without coming across as. Pushy salesman
