The sales assistant was well informed,polite and friendly. She made sure we were happy with our choice and explained cleary everything we needed to know about the delivery.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop but were also given all the time we needed to browse. Noone was pushy or trying to rush us at all. We were offered drinks and my son, who we were buying for, was offered pillows to test out on his chosen mattress. They also used a sleepingmatch machine to help decide the best mattress for him to use. It made bed shopping an enjoyable experience, especially with a teenager, as he was very involved in his choices.
