We were able to take a short look around the store so did not feel any pressure. Then after an appropriate time. The sales assistant Emma approached and offered support. Emma took time to find out what are needs were and then showed us several different types if mattress. Emma was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable with out being pushy.
