The salesman Howard from Gillingham was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable of equipment, showed a variety of mattresses with a range of prices, ordering was easy and delivery date given and flexibility was offered. A very easy process to find exact match for us.

He was especially considerate of my disability and how it would affect both my experience in-store and my sleep needs. He guided us to the Sleepmatch bed which helped us identify the best mattress types for us and showed us the relevant options. A huge thanks to him for his patience as we selected our options. We're very happy with the choice we made.
