The whole experience was much better than expected, from the current social distancing guidance to the dream machine to the guidance on choosing the correct mattress. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to try this process.

Invited into the store after a very short wait. Asked what we were looking for and assisted at all times. When mattress selected, we were left alone for a short time to discuss.
