I was met almost instantly by a friendly man called Howard who assisted me with selecting a mattress. He was very helpful but not pushy with regards to what I wanted. I needed to find a cheaper mattress due to funds and he helped me find the right mattress for me. Thanks again and if you could pass on my thanks to Howard I’d be very grateful.

The lady who served us was brilliant helped find exactly what we were looking for from start to finish and Evan asked if we would like some water whilst we made our purchase very professional and a great asset to your company

The member of staff that served us (Howard) remembered us from when we bought our matress a few years earlier which was lovely. He was very helpful then and that's why we returned to this store as we were so pleased with the service. On our recent visit which was for my daughter's matress he was great. He talked directly to her (she's 12), asking her what she wanted from the matress but also keeping in mind my budget. We will keep coming back to the store due to Howard's great customer service.

The customer service received was excellent. Our needs were listened to and understood. We were then shown a range of mattresses and we were able to find the one with the quality and at the price we were looking for. The ordering process was quick and easy, the delivery date was convenient and the information provided was excellent.

We liked the simple layout of the store, the choice, cleanliness and salesman. We also liked that we had the chance to lie on a bed with clever technology that took some of the decision making away from us as we are not mattress experts.
