We were very pleased to find our local store open and the fact that they were very specific regarding health and social distancing, allowing only a few customers at a time. Our salesman was professional and knowledgeable, we were in no way rushed or pressured in our decisions which makes a nice change. They also took the time to make sure we understood everything through every step of the process. We left the store as very happy customers.

Jamie, is a great asset to the Dreams family. He took the time to understand our needs and discussed out options with us. His personality makes him easy to connect with and made the experience enjoyable.

We were welcomed by Emma who explained about using hand sanitiser, gloves and face masks. She then explained that she would give us disposable paper to be placed on the beds and disposable pillow covers which we put onto the pillows provided. We used the “measuring “ bed which advised we needed an extra firm mattress and we then explained our need for a mattress that helped prevent overheating at night. We tried several beds in the green and red groups and the choice came down to the Sleepeezee and the Therapur actigel Response 1600. The Sleepeezee had a higher spring count and made it very heavy so we decided on the Therapur mattress. At all times we were distanced from Emma and when we made our purchase we sat distanced from Emma at her desk. She explained everything to us and offered extras ie pillows, mattress cover and extra 8year insurance, which we declined. She told us the delivery would be 3rd August which was fine with us and as we had paid for collection of our old bed she gave us the bags to put the mattress etc into. All very professional but friendly.

We visited the Gillingham store on 30/6 and Sittingbourne on 1/7. Both times Jamie and Maria were very helpful. They both answered all of our questions and gave us advice. We couldn’t have asked for better service from either of them.
