Our assistant, EMMA was highly knowledgeable about all of the products. She was able to take us through all of our options from mattress suitability (machine that calculated best mattress offer) to bed frames. Her attention to detail was really appreciated, health and safety was her priority and that was really appreciated and she was patient and personable. EMMA was a great assistant and all our bed-needs were net. Very happy customers. Outstanding customer service.
