Despite the restrictions caused by covid 19, we had a very pleasant customer experience. Jamie your colleague talked us through the sanitation procedures and guided us through the store. Taking the necessary precautions ( disinfecting the mattress, using clean linen on pillows and paper towels under our hands). He explained how the bed assessment worked and then showed us the options highlighted by the assessment. He gave us the opportunity to try out the various options and allowed us time to consider. Whilst we were waiting to complete the paperwork Jaimie offered us bottled water as refreshment. The only downside was the delivery date in August which was outside his control due to covid lockdown

We had excellent service from jamie, I had booked an appointment and he showed us what we would be happy with and gave us choices , the store was social distancing and sanitised safety first, explained and it felt very comfortable
