He walked me through the process step by step while taking notes on what my requirements were in addition to proving good recommendations which led to me deciding on making the purchase today. He was very well mannered, friendly, and in my view a great asset to your store especially in these difficult times. Gary immediately made us both feel welcome under the current COVID-19 restrictionist. None of which hindered our purchase of a new bed. In fact it all seemed like second nature. And all social distances were kept. The space within the store, which is clean anyway helps this matter. All was professionally explained too even after our order was place it was lovely to have it double checked. And he took the time for us to get all items just right eg pillows etc. Thank you Gary.
