Howard was very thorough on arrival with all ppe and social distancing. He was kind and friendly and helped me with what I was looking for and wasn't pushy. I didn't feel pressurised into purchasing any product. We did leave the store but went back and he was very appreciative that we went back and purchased the mattress.
