Jamie was so knowledgeable and new the products inside out. He was able to answer every question. The thing we most liked was the fact that he was not a pushy salesman and let us proceed at our pace.

The member of staff who served me at Gillingham was called Jamie. He was friendly, helpful, and quickly identified what I was looking for and made the process and smooth and easy.

Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived at the store. Howard assisted us with using the Sleep Match process and recommended a number of mattresses for us to try that spanned a range of prices so we weren't pushed straight to the most expensive products. We didn't feel pressured at all to buy and found all our questions were answered professionally and non-judgementally.
