I feel like I had the best consultant when I visited the Gillingham store. She was absolutely amazing, she took us through everything we needed to know I was very honest about the beds and what she thought would be best for myself and my partner. She found us the best options for us, and wasn’t pushy with add-ons which for me is amazing. I work in customer service myself, and to have a consultant like that on a team is amazing.
