Good service. Helpful assistant. Very clean and ample room to move in the store. Offered bottled water due to covid19 had to pop outside to remove mask and cool down - this caused no problem and they were very understanding. Hand washing gel was freely available. Considering the circumstances at the moment it felt a very safe environment to shop in.

The store was practising social distance to a very high standards, hand sanitiser was provided upon entering the store, plus when i on the machine that analyses how you sleep, i was provided with my own covering/ pillow case to prevent potential contamination. The sales manager was very proficient with his knowledge of mattresses, plus on making sure that the new social distancing rules was also carried out, without negatively encroaching upon my experience of searching for a mattress whilst making sure that i was safe.
