I was highly satisfied because I went into the store not knowing what to expect and I came out pleasantly surprised AND with an unexpected purchase. I haven’t bought a new bed for 15 years and I’ve been putting it off for a while and I expected to walk in and walk out but that wasn’t the case. I walked in, saw a bed and mattress that I believed to be great value for money and I went ahead and bought it. The sales assistant, Jamie Kitchen, was very welcoming and made the whole experience very easy for me.

I walked in, saw a bed and mattress that I believed to be great value for money and I went ahead and bought it. Simple, it all comes down to the person serving us and Ian was amazing, worth his weight in gold. I would recommend all my friends needing a bed go and see him. Service is hard to come by these days Nd I would happily rate Ian a full 10 out of 10

Only due to covid we were unable to try many of the products with our children for them to choose what they wanted.
