We were welcomed by Jamie, he explained the hygiene & social distancing rules in place, offered us drinks,asked what we were looking for, asking relevant questions along the way, explained the sleepmatch procedure and after showed us a number of options available. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with actually and I will be returning to buy another bed from him in the future. The store layout was also very good, lots of space, well laid out with lots of beds and mattresses to view and test. The Covid procedures in place were excellent and we felt very safe in the store
