The person that served us was by himself and managed to handle it so brilliant when other customers came in, it did look very stressful but he smashed it. Was very welcoming to come into the shop and helped straight away!

We were carefully taken through the process of finding the mattress most appropriate to our needs. We were able to safely test out a number of products for comfort. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Interest free credit was available.

The store was clean neat and very tidy . My reception as I got to the store was a smiley face and a willingness to help me . Being in retail myself it was nice to see . My requirements was dealt with efficiently and the product knowledge was outstanding . No complaints whatsoever do keep it up you guys

This is our first visit to a dreams store and I will definately be visiting again and will be recommending to my friends and family. Our store assistant was Jamie and he was so helpful and explained everything in detail all about which mattress would be best for us. There was a demonstration bed in store which jamie asked us to try as it would map out from our bodies what firmness would be ideal for us which was great. If I was to send my family and friends to your store I would tell them to try and speak to jamie as he was so very helpful
