There was adequate information displayed on each bed concerning the mattress and the opportunity for a test lie down.

We spent our saturday lookong at matresses. Wr decided to pop by at dreams expecing the prices to be way out of our bracket but no just as well we did pop in! We were assisted by a very kind chap called Ray he knew what we wanted for our price range and advised what ones were what in store! He helped us decide what one to buy buy explainng the differeces between the matress coils. Very happy purchase we have a nice deep single matress coming very soon for our daughters first big girls bed! Shed super happy Thank you dreams!

The gentleman who served us was very knowledgable. He listened to our requirements and pointed us in the right direction then left us to try some beds out before making himself available again to answer any queries. He made us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful without being annoying. Top marks

Knowledgable staff made it easy to pick the right mattress for us and delivered on time in a delivery slot just a few days after despite the heavy snow fall. A very smooth experience all round.

The gentleman who served us (Steve I think) was excellent. He knew exactly where to point us and gave great advice without being at all pushy. He took me through the credit application quickly and clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. Can’t wait for the new bed to arrive now.

I found exactly what I wanted. I received every assistance from Steve. Delivery has been arranged to a date that suits me. Actual delivery has yet to take place but sounds to be well planned and helpful.

We visited your store in Hove on a fact finding mission .We were greeted by a very polite ,helpful and friendly member of staff . He was able to answer all our questions ,listened to our needs and made suitable suggestions. We left the store with all this information so we could think it over . Being very satisfied with the service , information and the products available we retuned the following day to place our order. We were served by the same member of staff who dealt with order in an efficient way . At the end of our second visit the staff member thanked us for returning to him at the store. We purchased three king size beds in total .
